Shipping Policy
We ship our packages via UPS Ground and USPS. Most orders ship out in 1 to 4 business days. Some products may ship directly from the manufacture to speed delivery times. Products originating outside the United States may incur additional delivery time. These special order items may take 6-12 weeks. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of your order in the event of a delay. United States Shipping Charges (48 Continental States)
Shipping charges for orders shipped within the 48, continental United States are calculated during the checkout process.
International and Overseas Shipping

Rush Delivery
We are happy to accommodate rush delivery orders. You may select Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day service at checkout. Please call 713-973-8171, Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., with any questions regarding rush delivery. Rush deliveries are made via UPS and are subject to their schedule and fees.
In-Store Pick Up
In-Store Pick Up is available. In-Store Pick Up orders will be filled within 24 hours of placing your order. If you require obtaining your selections the same day, please call 713-973-8171, Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., to confirm stock and time of pick up.
Gift Registry Delivery
This option is available for purchases made from our Gift Registry and is delivered to the registrants per their instructions. Robert's address will appear on your email under Gift Registry Delivery if you choose this option.
