Return and Exchanges Policy

Robert's wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, and your items meet our return criteria, you may return your selection within 10 days of receipt/delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. Items purchased in store that are eliglble for return or exchange, can be made for full credit within 14 days, or store credit between 15-30 days. All shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are responsible for shipping your purchase back to Robert's in a safe and non-damaged manner.

Non-Returnable Items

Holiday, Seasonal Dinnerware, Table Top, Linens, Paper or Themed Gifts, Wreaths, Florals or Ornaments, Candles, Clothing, Headbands, Face Coverings and Masks, Wraps, Pajamas, Purses, Wallets Items Purchased On Sale or at Reduced Prices

Personalized items are not returnable such as Jon Hart, custom wood boards, or etched glassware.

Return Process

  • Confirm your items are eligible for return by checking the shipping date and that the item is not a non-returnable item.
  • Please email the store at [email protected] or call 713-973-8171 to initiate the return.
  • If your return is eligible we will give you a return authorization number and an address to send your item.
  • Please address the item to Internet Returns c/o Robert's China and Gifts and include your return number on the label and outer carton of the shipping box. You are responsible for the item being returned intact and not damaged.
  • Once we receive your item back we will exchange it or issue you credit within 2 business days.
